Ligaleve develops the foundry of carbon steel parts, low and high alloys, manganese steel, stainless and refractory steel, gray iron, nodular iron and Ni-hard.

It has two electric induction furnaces of 300 Kw each and a heat treatment furnace of 78”(width) X 86”(height) X 157”(length).

  
     

In the molding process we use:

Shell molding

Squeezer (green sand)

Manual molding process with continuous       mixer, no baking resin.

 

Ligaleve produces pieces of 0.045 Lbs up to 2,645.0 Lbs.

The products can be supplied as cast, rough machined or machine finished.

The foundry products get quality Assurance Through:
